Commercial support and maintenance contracts

We are able to offer comprehensive support and maintenance contracts on doors and windows  that are cost effective and offer peace of mind particularly where you have a large number of properties that need careful management.

At the the start of the annual contract we map and record all fixtures including hardware and lock type so we know exactly what fixtures you have. This helps to speed up the replacement of faulty or damaged door closers, locks, hinges etc.

As part of the annual maintenance, we check every fixture, where minor remedial adjustment is required we do this on site at the time. Where major repairs are required we would advise you, provide costs for the repair work and return at a later date to complete the work.

We are also here to provide general advice, guidance, fitting and maintenance for all doors and windows.
